The second Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ Cooperation partnership project (KA220-HED), Electronic Health Literacy perspectives, education and digital tools (eHELPED-iT), took place on June 12th -13th 2025, at the University of Cyprus in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The event brought together representatives from partner institutions, being represented by:
- Iuliana-Raluca Gheorghe and Ovidiu Popa-Velea, “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CDUMP), Romania;
- Šarūnė Barsevičienė and Monika Balčytienė, Klaipedos Valstybine Kolegija (KVK), Lithuania;
- Magdalena Suchocka and Magdalena Heinze-Jakubowska, Akademia Humanistyczno- Ekonomiczna w Lodzi (AHE), Poland;
- Karolina Lyubomirova and Todor Kundurzhiev, Medical University Sofia (MUS), Bulgaria;
- Marijana Jeleč and Nikolina Miletić, Sveučilište u Zadru (UNIZD), Croatia.
The hosting university was represented by:

The main purpose was to assess project progress, plan upcoming activities, and coordinate the development of the digital platform focused on electronic health literacy (eHL).
Special attention was given to the development of the eHL Handbook (Work Package 2), where results from peer reviews were presented and discussed. This allowed the consortium to reflect on feedback and define future directions for this key output.
A significant part of the meeting focused on developing the eHL Web Platform (Work Package 3), covering both technical and content-related aspects, as well as on presenting the dissemination efforts to date.
The meeting concluded with a summary of key decisions, an evaluation of the event’s quality, and a plan for the next phase of the project.
