Marijana Jeleč is an associate professor at the Department of German Studies at the University of Zadar. She participates in the Program for the acquisition of teacher competencies in Croatia. She has experience in education, research and project implementation as well as experience in providing training in foreign language teaching, creating courses, and in creating and facilitating learning activities and workshops for students. Given her background in foreign language teaching, she can contribute to the creation of multilingual health literacy resources, ensuring that non-native speakers also have access to vital health information.

She can contribute to the creation of the eHL handbook, and the development of content for the eHL web platform. The National Agency for Education appointed her as a methodology examiner for the national examinations of teachers in primary and secondary education. She plans courses and lessons integrating a variety of instructional strategies and methodologies to meet diverse learning needs.

Raluca Gheorghe
Iuliana-Raluca Gheorghe is Senior Lecturer in Health Care Marketing and Medical Technology at the Faculty of Medicine, “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania and an Erasmus+ Ambassador for Romania. She was a project manager in a POSDRU project (2009-2012) and she was responsible with the implementation of the Erasmus+ BENDiT-EU project (2020-2023). She holds a BA degree in Cybernetics, MA in Marketing and Business Communications, a second MA in Organizational Psychology and the Management of Human Resources and a Ph.D. in Marketing. Her research interests include health care consumers, organizational culture, sustainability, organizational psychology, and Social Marketing reflected in more than 15 scientific articles and book chapters.

Ovidiu Popa-Velea
Ovidiu Popa-Velea is a Professor of Medical Psychology at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, with a background in Medicine, Psychology, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. He has led research projects, including the Erasmus+ BENDiT-EU on academic burnout, and published extensively on topics like burnout, academic stress, and coping. Since 2011, he has been the Head of the Department of Medical Psychology at the university and is a member of the Fulbright Commission Romania selection committee.

Her professional journey began at "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy, where she developed a passion for Health Care Marketing during her bachelor's studies. After pursuing a PhD and a master's in Automation and Computers, she became an Orthopedics-Traumatology specialist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and Medical Technology. She is also a member of the research team in the eHELPED-iT project, contributing to academic and research initiatives.

Liliana Veronica Diaconescu is a Lecturer in Medical Psychology at the Faculty of Medicine, CDUMP, Bucharest, with a background in Medicine, Psychology, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. She has contributed to national and international research projects, including HORIZON 2020 vCare and BENDiT-EU, and coordinated health programs at the Public Health Authority Bucharest. Her research focuses on Health Psychology, medical communication, empathy, and burnout in healthcare and academia.

Alexandra Ioana Mihăilescu
Alexandra Ioana Mihăilescu is a Lecturer in Medical Psychology at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest and a senior psychiatrist at the Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry "Prof. dr. Alexandru Obregia." With a Ph.D. in Medicine, she has participated in over 20 clinical trials in psychiatry, including three coordinated by the European Commission. Her research focuses on medical communication, mental health promotion, and the prevention of burnout, contributing to the Erasmus project on burnout education and developing tools for its prevention.

Charalampos Theodorou
Charalampos Theodorou (M.Sc.) is currently a Researcher – Software Developer at the Software Engineering and Internet Technologies (SEIT) Laboratory at the Computer Science department of the University of Cyprus. He holds a graduate (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus and a postgraduate (M.Sc.) degree in Internet Science and Technologies from the University of Twente (UT). Since then he has participated in various freelancing independent and team projects. Prior to working for SEIT Laboratory, he participated in an Erasmus placement program where was contracted for a 6 month duration working as a Full-Stack Developer in an e-learning company located in Valencia, Spain. His skill sets include proficiency in various coding languages (C, C++, Java, Javascript, PHP, Python), knowledge of multiple frameworks (Angular, Bootstrap, Ionic, JPA, JUnit, Spring Boot, WordPress) and has experience with many different fields (Android development, web technologies, IoT protocols, Networking, Hardware Security, Internet Security, AI and NN implementations).
